Augustine House student photography and filming permission form

Augustine House student photography and filming permission form

Anyone wishing to film or take photographs within Augustine House is required to seek permission.

As Augustine House is a study space for use by all staff and students, it is important that filming/photography activities do not impede quiet or silent study or cause any disruption to others using the library. Whilst we will try to accommodate such requests wherever possible, some requests may be refused or modified to meet with operational needs.

Please complete the request form and give a minimum of two-weeks notice, prior to the potential filming date.

One of our members of the Learning and Library Resource team will contact you to discuss the request within five working days. We look forward to working with you to accommodate your needs and to help make your filming a success.

Please note, permission forms will be kept on file for six months.

Have you confirmed that a risk assessment has been completed and approved by your lecturer/tutor/Students’ Union management team? A copy will need to be submitted prior to filming.
